| City Manager Hartsville, South Carolina (Population: 7,556; 30,000 in greater Hartsville area) The City of Hartsville, under a Council-Manager form of government, is seeking an energetic individual with a minimum of three to five years experience as a Manager in a governmental setting. South Carolina experience is preferred but not mandatory. The individual is expected to have at least a bachelor's degree ideally in public administration, urban planning, business administration or a related field. Individuals with other particularly strong credentials will be considered. City residency is required. The compensation package to be offered is competitive and attractive and will depend on the qualifications of the successful candidate. The City offers state benefits.
