City Clerk

The City Clerk serves as liaison between Council and its constituents, and is custodian of City Council's legislative history and other official records of the City, including the City Charter, the City Code, City Seal, agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, contracts/leases, annexation and zoning documents. 

The City Clerk is appointed by the City Manager, and works very closely with the Mayor, Council Members and City Attorney.  The City Clerk's Office also provides administrative support to City Council.
