Adlena F. Graham is the first African-American woman elected to Hartsville’s City Council (May 1993). Ms. Graham is a current member of the State Democratic Party Executive Committee, as well as Treasurer of the National League of Cities for NBCLEO, and the Political Action Chair of the NAACP. She supports Habitat for Humanity and the Community Action Agency as a board member for both organizations. Councilmember Graham is a Coordinator of Voter Registration for Darlington County and President of Zeta Amicae. |
