The City of Hartsville is currently redeveloping the former railroad property near downtown. The Vista will become an educational corridor uniting the SC Governor’s School, Coker College, and the downtown merchant area of Hartsville. Shown here is an artist’s rendition of what Hartsville citizens could see in the future.
