Byerly Park: a park for everyone!

A 1.2 mile walking trail (right) surrounds Byerly Park. Walking, bicycling and rollerblades are encouraged. Dogs are allowed yet must be leashed and maintained. Sorry, no skateboards!

 

Above right: the competition running track used by Hartsville High. Available for pedestrian walking and running only. No bicycles, wheeled devices,  rollerblades, heelies or skateboards allowed on the track.

 

Left: one of two children’s playgrounds at Byerly Park. All surrounding landing surfaces are child-safe to prevent injury.

Directions to Hartsville’s Byerly Park.

 

From Columbia:  Route 20 East to Route 15 North Exit 116 (Bishopville/Hartsville). Continue toward Hartsville to Hwy. 151. Turn left at intersection. Continue to next traffic light at 14th Street (middle school will be on your left). Turn right on 14th St. for approx. two blocks. Park will be on your right.

 

From Florence:  Route 52 to Route 151. Continue on Rte. 151 for approx. 10 miles. Continue to traffic light at 14th Street (middle school will be on your left). Turn right on 14th St. for approx. two blocks. Park will be on your right.
