The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing programs and services designed to attract, retain and develop diverse employees committed to achieving City objectives and satisfying customers. Human Resources administers programs and activities related to recruitment, job classification, pay plan administration, benefits administration, wellness initiatives, personnel policies and procedures, and employee relations. The department also provides on-going employee training and development as well as risk management.
