| Streets and Grounds is charged with the responsibility of the landscaping and appearance of the downwtown area as well as the four gateways into the city, plus the care of the roadways associated with these gateways. They also maintain city parks: Centennial, Pride, and Burry(below) plus the grassy areas at the Hartsville Airport and around the city. Street sweeping also falls under streets and grounds. | |
