This department was originally formed in the Fall of 2008 - known then as D.E.E.P.S. It is comprised of the public works department, engineering contracts, and the new storm water department. The goal of this reorganization is to streamline our communications and provide valuable links on a day to day basis to better serve the citizens of Hartsville. These various departments are inherently linked with the services they provide and this new organization will only enhance their effectiveness. |
