| Martin S. “Marty” Driggers has continuously served as Hartsville's City Attorney since 1985. Attorney Driggers graduated from Hartsville High in 1961 and Clemson in 1965. After serving as an Air Force officer from 1966 to 1970, Marty attended USC Law School from 1970-1973 and returned home to practice law. In 1980, Marty established his own law office in Hartsville. Among many professional distinctions, Marty has served on the Supreme Court’s Board of Grievances (1981 to 1984) and on the Supreme Court’s commission for Lawyer Competence and Specialization (1989 to 1996). In 2003, he was selected as one of the Outstanding Lawyers of America. |
