Mr. Flynn
Menius, Fire Chaplain, blessed the newest addition to the Hartsville Fire
Department in a ceremony held on July 27th. He spoke of the necessity
of purchasing the new ladder truck even in these fragile economic times
and praised the city and council for securing funds for it.
